To help save you time at your first appointment, you can fill out our New Client Form prior to arriving.

For the safety of your pet, please have your pet either on a leash or in a carrier when you drop them off or arrive for an appointment.

 

The night before your pet is scheduled for a surgery or a dental, please do not feed them past 8:00 pm. You may, however, leave water out through the night. For the safety of our patients, we will not perform surgery on any dog or cat that has food in their stomach. If you feed your pet the morning of their surgery, we require that you reschedule.

Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. We will always discuss charges with you prior to performing procedures or treatments and will provide a written estimate at your request.
 
Care Credit is our only payment plan option. Our staff can assist you with your application prior to any procedures. The application is also available online at www.carecredit.com.  For your convenience, we accept Debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept cash and checks. 

 

Drop Offs

If you have a busy schedule or can't take off work, whether it's for annual vaccinations or a medical condition you'd like to have checked out, you may drop your pet off in the morning and pick them up on your way home.

After the doctor has examined your pet, he will call and discuss the prognosis and all treatment options with you before continuing with any procedures.

While your pet is with us, they will be treated with the utmost care and attention. Not to worry, we don't believe pets should be caged up all day either. With your permission, and if they are able, we let your loved one run around our spacious backyard and play.
