Prescription Refill: 

Please be sure to list your pet's name, as well as the specific medication, in your mesage and when you would like to pick up the refill. 

Schedule Appointment: 

Please list the reason for the appointment (example: wellness exam, annual shots, loss of appetite, etc.), date and approximate time you would like; we will then contact you to confirm.

Boarding Reservation: 

Please list the pet(s) you would like to board as well as the drop-off and pick-up dates and times; we will then contact you to confirm.

If you are a client, please call Dr. Cawthron first. It may not be necessary for you to take a trip to the emergency hospital.

We refer most after hours emergent cases to the Veterinary Emergency Hospital located at 816 S. Lemay in Fort Collins. Their phone number is (970) 484-8080.
